You won't get the video down. Tried it the technical and slightly less technical way with another post recently. All the attempts could be what's frying the network right now, though.
You are pretty new. I'm not the one doing this to the network. Sometimes I think the damn thing has a life of its own. And I knew it wouldn't work, but... We grew up together. I had to try. And Guerin asked me to.
I'm not new. And I don't mean you, I mean you're one of a dozen I know about, bare minimum. If they've got stronger walls up than anyone in this city can get through, I'm willing to guess it's diverting some attention away from normal operations.

I think I'm going back to my earlier statement. You, someone I only know of because I know Tim Drake, just sent me selfies that include my ex. And since it's not deliberate, it's one hell of a coincidence. You really think that's just 'things falling apart'? Maybe if it were Guerin accidentally texting me pictures of the two of you.
Do I know for sure that whatever powers-that-be run this place know more than they should? That they know things there's no way they could know? Absolutely. Am I willing to bet that whatever this is isn't entirely random? Yes.
I should have cracked this system over a year ago. Given the level of talent Tweety can gather, including his own, even if this is better than Russian or Chinese government security, we should have gotten somewhere.
Yes, I'm willing to believe that this might not be coincidence, even if it's not your design. In a world where the dead can come back to life three days after they die, I'm willing to believe a lot of things.
[The city's tech is nothing like Russia or China, that's for sure. If it was, then Tim would've broken through it in ten minutes, and Dick would have been a minute behind. He knows Tim's still set on finding some trick to the code, but even he must know they'll never break through the system properly without a technopath.
And that, if one ever shows up here, their powers will be shot to shit before they can be any use.
But if Dick's determined anything from this conversation, it's that this is someone he doesn't want to pick any further fight with and that the both of them are in the kind of mood that's going to make that tricky if he carries this along too far. So:]

So far as the pictures go, you might be taking that personally because they are personal. Or it might be the City playing double agent on itself. But the number of messages I've had from people trying to change their sandwich order or cancel their subscription to Cat Facts makes me think someone's throwing spaghetti to see what sticks. And I if it's -not- a double bluff on the City's part, then I don't think they could do it if the regular systems were running at full whack.
I know what the city can do. It's interesting what someone else seems to be managing right now, and I wonder if the weight on the network of people trying to bring them down might actually be helping them out. That's all.
And it's been nice saying hi, but I really have to get going, I'm running late for yoga class and I still have to change.
